4) One sided high plank (e.g. left arm and right leg extended)

5) Knee to Elbows in Plank

C:

10’ AMRAP

8 Jumping Squats

8 Weighted Glute Bridges

8 Plank to Shoulder Taps

8 Diamond Push Ups

Finisher:

Superset Crunches-Leg Lifts 3x20
