800m MedBall Run (20/14, together with one medball each)

45 Sit Ups

800m MedBall Run (20/14, together with one medball each)
One person works while the other two partners hold the medicine ball overhead. If the ball touches the ground, then all athletes must perform 10 Burpees. Change during WOD as you wish.
